Method
Soak salt cod overnight. Change the water and boil for 20 to 25 minutes. Flake
fish and remove all bones. Heat oil in skillet. Add onion and garlic and sauté
for 2 to 3 minutes. In greased casserole, layer potatoes, fish, onions and garlic
with the olive oil. Repeat layers if necessary. Arrange sliced egg on top and
dot with black olives and parsley. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for
20 minutes, or until hot.
